How to reset the approval state from No longer required to Requested.

Hi,

I'm trying to add same approver twice in the flow designer. The same approver is at 1 level and 5th level, But for the 1st Level the approver is able to approve the request successfully when it goes to 5th Level the status is changed automatically  to 'No Longer Required' and not letting approver to take any action.

Is it possible to have same user as approver for 2 or more times in the same approval flow designer? Thank you!

Hi @ Mohammedwaseem ,

I recommend not the bother the approver who has already approved the request to reapprove it in diffrent stage of approval. Else you can place this approver at last so that he can approve it at last.

I recommend to use Approval cordinator activity for this...

No we need 2 times for validating the information
