How to restrict a Catalog item to a particular group of members?

Hi all,

I have a requirement where I am suppose to restrict a particular catalog item to a group. Is it possible? If yes, please help me to know the possible solutions.

Hi Shruthi,

You can achieve it by Entitlement script, Role, Available for group or Not available for functionality.

Note: "Available for group" and "Not available for", these two will be available in maintain item related list.

Hi Shruthi,

1) Eurkea and earlier versions, you can do it via "entitlement script" and "entitment fields" available in related list of the catalog item like "Availalbe for Group" etc.

2) Fuji onwards, you can create the User Criteria and using it you can restrict the access to catalog item.
