How to restrict filters to show all choice options of a field in list/workspace view?

Hi Community,

 

I have a field 'Limited Liability' on 'entity' table which is referencing to Choice Definition table with the reference qualifier condition as:- 'Field name' is 'Limited Liability'.

This reference qualifier is working fine on form. However,  in list view & workspace view it's showing all 200+ records instead of only 5.

 

Could anyone please help how to restrict this in workspace & list view?

 Hello @Ankita Kolhe 

Please try copy query from the filter and paste that in the reference qualifier instead of 'Field name' is 'Limited Liability'.
