Restricted caller Access access error when setting up salesforce integration

I have setup the Salesforce Market cloud integration to fetch the user subscription data as per documentation 

but I am able to see restricted caller access privilage error as below

you need to mark it allowed and then if Cross Scope Privilege record is created then you need to set it Allowed as well.

@Ankur Bawiskar thanks for reply, but what could be the reason behind this can we avoid this Cross Scope Privilege record?

if any table has Caller Access as "Caller Restriction" then RCA record will get created in the scope in which that table is created

See the table configuration, for example Document Template has Called Access as Caller Restriction

if some other scope tries to READ data from this it will create RCA record in Document Templates Application Scope
