I have to restrict Users (includes users with Admin Roles) to Access Mobile view in ServiceNow Instance.

To restrict users, including those with Admin roles, from accessing the mobile view in your ServiceNow instance, you can follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the User Icon: Click on the user icon to set the list of users who can access the application.

  2. Permissions Window: In the permissions window, use the slush bucket to add or remove roles that can see the application in the mobile app.

  3. Role Restrictions: Ensure that the roles you want to restrict are not included in the list of roles allowed to access the mobile view.
