How to retrigger the group approval if one of the user reject the approval. In my scenario, if any one of the user reject the group approval, the state of the RITM will be set to New state and user will have option to resubmit the ticket. If the user click the resubmit ticket, again the group approval flow is inserting but its not adding as a new group approval its just updating the existing group approval status and the previous rejected person is not getting an option to reject/approve the ticket again. The status of the approval is showing it as rejected only.
- After approver rejects the request, if the requestor resubmits the request for approval, 6 more rows of approval records with new time stamp to be generated. Hence approver is able to approve or reject the request after resubmission.
2. Group approvals tab should fetch the latest approval record of the approving user group.
