How to revert the deleted data from update set

Hi,
accidentally i have deleted the data from update set..Did any one faced this kind of issue and what are all the steps you followed to revert the data back .
please post your approaches.

Can you provide a little more detail in HOW you deleted the data from your update set?

i opened update set and i have selected the data and i have deleted.

So you deleted the records from the related list?

Based on what I'm finding, there's no way to restore those changes in the sys_update_xml table. Once you delete the record it's gone. The only way to get it back is to recreate those changes with the update set in the In Progress state.
