How to revert the deleted data from update set

Hi,
accidentally i have deleted the data from update set..Did any one faced this kind of issue and what are all the steps you followed to revert the data back .
please post your approaches.

Are you doing this in dev or was the deletion made in test or prod? In other words, could that change be retrieved from another system?

actually we are following order for update set for our project, deleting data from my update set i have deleted from some other update set..so i want to revert that data back.

Hi Khadar,
Go to system definition --> Deleted records and see whether that record was present or not. if it presents then click on "undelete record" button.

I just did a test. sys_update_xml records are not captured in deleted records.
