How to save user selection in UI Builder Dropdown ?

Hello all,

I working on the page in UI Builder and have a dropdown widget which allows users to select support group.

Based on the selection the right filter is applied on the table list below.

When the page gets refreshed or opened  again I am losing user selection - Is it possible to store selection for particular users and read them the page load ?

We have something like this in dashboards - interactive filters 

@Ashley Snyder maybe you will have any idea ?
