The email notification to the assignment group, sends the message as normal, regardless, of Priority. There is an option to send with high importance. How to configure that?
Thanks in advance for any help.
Kind regards
Danny

Hi Danny,
You can configure the notification with condition with high importance flag set to true. This way it will only fire when the condition in the email notification is satisfied.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Pradeep:
In that case, I will have two email notifications set up one for Priority 3 incidents, without high importance checked and another one for Priority 1 || Priority 2 with high importance flag set to true.
Thanks
Danny

Looking at the wiki Scripting for Email Notifications - ServiceNow Wiki it doesn't appear that you can set the importance for an email through script even.
