Hi Team,
How to see the configured fields in the list view of the table .
Step -1 : As part of this, configure --> list layout and the available, selected list will be displayed like below.
Step -2 : After selecting the field we can see the respective field in the list like below:
step - 3: We can see the new field in the gear icon as well.
Step -4 : click the gear icon we can see the below list.
Step - 5 . after removing the field from the selected list. and save the form. Now we can't see the field in the list and this is the expected behaviour.
Step - 6 : If we are planning to read from the gear icon. we are unable to see the related fields of the reference field.
Is there any way to configure this?
Thanks,
Sai.

An admin can add related fields to a list view via List Layout. These fields will be available to all users to see in their list view (unless you have an ACL that prevents read access) if they haven't personalized the list view via the gear icon. End users can only modify a list view via the gear icon, and as you discovered, related fields are not in the Available list. If someone removes a related field from the Selected list, then wants to re-add it, there is a button in the personalization window to Reset to column defaults, but there is not a way to add new related fields via this personalization feature, only via List Layout, with the appropriate role.

Hi @snow57
Right click on the column and go to list layout:
Click on the plus (+) icon next to assigned to field:
Click on the highlighted icon to get the dependent fields (gender):
Select Gender Field:
if the field is already there in you list layout then just go to your list personalize gear icon and click "Reset to Column Default"
