How to see which Applications records belong to?

Hi community,

in this case, we have around 700 SLA Definitions, and some of them belong in the ITSM Mobile Agent application, whereas the others are in Global. However, I can't find a way to see which Applications the SLA Definitions are in. I expected it to be a column in the list, but it's not. Is there some other way?

Hi,
Open the SLA definition list and add the application field in the list view.

Thanks for your reply, but haha, I know how to add columns to lists 😏 that's why I wrote "I expected it to be a column in the list, but it's not."

Hi @Tommy SN Sahlin ,

The application column does exist in sla defination table.

Please refer the screenshot from my PDI.

If by default u r not able to see the plz click on the gear icon from the left bucket select the application field n move it to right bucket n save the form. Application column will be visible for u.

Thanks,

Danish
