How to send an email approval to a group?

Hi Experts,

I have a question about notification.

I want to raise a request need to approval from a group and that email must be sent to email group.

It seems that the confirmation emails it only send to the confirmers and not to that group.

so can anyone explain to me why the email is not sent to the group email.

it would be great if someone could give me some ideas to solve this problem.

are the group members not receiving email for approving the request?

Oh No, I wanted the email to be sent to the group email, but it wasn't sent

Hi,

usually in ServiceNow if you mention group to whom email has to be sent; it will be sent to group members.

Try to uncheck the Include members checkbox on the group

If the field is not available on form then update it from list
