How to send an email approval to a group?

Hi Experts,

I have a question about notification.

I want to raise a request need to approval from a group and that email must be sent to email group.

It seems that the confirmation emails it only send to the confirmers and not to that group.

so can anyone explain to me why the email is not sent to the group email.

it would be great if someone could give me some ideas to solve this problem.

I don't think that is how ServiceNow sends outbound email

Hi Jacky, 

Above notification as shown in your screenshot will go to 'Approver'. This field is a reference field referring User(sys_user) table.

Unless the group email is inserted in one of the user profiles and set as an individual approver, this notification will not be sent out to the Group.

I believe the approval emails will be sent to the members of the group
