how to send approval remainder mail to Approver after 9-hours.

Hi Kishore,

Yes   we can add .In the template you already have the OOB functionality .Goahead and select for the option shown in the screen shot.

It is working for me . I used the the template as shown in the previous screen shot above.

If you dont have the template create a new template.

${mailto:mailto.approval} --> this will add to your email the line: "Click here to approve"

Add an email template:

Name: mailto.approval

Table: Approval [sysapproval_approver]

Subject: Re:${sysapproval} - approve

Message: Click here to approve ${sysapproval}.

                                                            (OR)

Use the OOB template:   change.approve.itil.role

I'm having a problem with my scheduled job.  I have posted in other forums and have not gotten an answer.  Maybe someone can assist.  What i am trying to accomplish is to only have an approval email resent for catalog items after 4 days with no approval.  Here is my scheduled job, I get the email notifications, but I get the email notifications for all approvals that are not approved instead of what my query specifies.
