How to send email responses in user's preferred language in ServiceNow

Hi Community,

 

How to send Email notifications and email responses in User's preferred language in ServiceNow with dynamic translation ?

 

I have installed the necessary plugins in the instance. When we send email to a user, the recipients should receive it in their profile's preferred language. In the Notifications, advanced view, I have selected "Enable Dynamic Translation". But, is there a way to enable dynamic translations without setting for each and every notification and how to enable it for mail responses for e.g: case table.
