How to send notification based on approvals

Hi 

I have created 3 notifications on approvals table ,

one will send to manager with different content

second will be send to genaigroup with different content

third will we sent to infosec team 

The thing is 3 approvals will be generated one after another and i want to send it  after approval is generated 

but currently after 1st approval  all the 3 emails are getting triggered 

how can i fix this ?

Are you using flow/workflow/business rule(events)/ others to trigger the notifications?

using the when to send condition of notification ,

I have selected when new record is inserted in approval table :
