How to send notification based on approvals

Hi 

I have created 3 notifications on approvals table ,

one will send to manager with different content

second will be send to genaigroup with different content

third will we sent to infosec team 

The thing is 3 approvals will be generated one after another and i want to send it  after approval is generated 

but currently after 1st approval  all the 3 emails are getting triggered 

how can i fix this ?

Hi,

You have to set correct when to Send condition on all your email notifications.

Also you need to add some identifier on your approval to differentiate these approvals. For which table you are sending these notifications and how?

can you please explain the business case and why you are creating notifications on Approval table?

The requirement is to trigger notification whenever the approvals are created 

total 3 approval will be created

1. for manager

2. genai team

3.infosec

so 3 different notification should be send to them
