How to send notification when sla breach for 80%

In the sla definition flow is being used but not the workflow

Hi @Veda3 

 

SN use the flow designer to send these notifications. OOTB goes at %, 75%, and 90% and if you need to put for 80%, you need to change in OOTB flow and also add an event.

As told by @Dr Atul G- LNG , you can either edit the Default SLA Flow or create a copy of the existing flow to make changes.
