How to send only approval notifications to the delegate?

I want to send notifications to the delegated persons but only for Approvals and Assignments. Instead of selecting All Notification, is there any other way to send notifications only for Approvals?

and if you validate the currently checked fields (Approvals and Assignments), do they receive the notifications?

Best approch will be creating custom notification. make sure 

1. Navigate to System Policy > Email > Email Properties.
2. Verify that Enable delegate for notifications is unchecked so that it does not globally redirect all user emails to delegates
