How to send survey notification in ms team to the user?

Hi exerts,

I have a requirements to send the survey in ms team to the user but not found any complete way, if anyone have any idea or already completed this kind of requirement please let me know .

requirement - when incident -closed send the survey to user in ms team?

Hello Everyone, 

I have re-analyze the article links- https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/send-servicenow-surveys-to-microsoft-teams-chat...

 and with the help of Microsoft power automate platform now i'm able to connect with ms team and receiving the response.
