How to set 10-15 words limit in Comment (Free text Feedback) in survey

I have created one Single line wide question in survey module. Now I want to give a 10-15 word limit to this below question. How to achieve this?

 

Name: feedback_comments
Question : Please tell us why you have given this rating?.

String Option: Single line wide

Data Type: String

Did you try to put the maximum length on field.
