How to set a Related List Incident with Active records

Hello Experts,

I am facing problem with Views under user table,

I wanted to add a Related List of Incident->Assigned to under user table which i did on Default view and i got it right, but i want only Active records which i need to make default filter dynamically.

Can anyone please help me on this ?

create Default filter under the Related list

Yeah.. I didnt cross check by for other users, i just imagine that it works only for 1 user sorry for that
