I wanted to know what are the different ways to attach a Short Description to an "Ask for Approval" action in Flow Designer.Approval reason is there in flow but not visible in front end.

I want to update the short description for two approvals, Could you please let me know best way to update short description
For 1st approval : Review and validate the data loaded in Sandbox before Production
Review and validate the data in Production.
For 2nd approval: Review and validate the data in Production.
