How to set an ask for approval action in the flow designer to populate the field of the approval ritm in a dynamically way!

Hi to every one.
I'm having a trouble with flow designer logic.
Here is the work that I have realized!
-1. I have created a catalog item (with the variables as attached below).
-2. Under the process engine I have created a flow with a flow designer.
My question is: how to set the approval list of the RITM to be specifically populated by the user manager who request this catalog item.

As far as I understand you requirement, you can request an approval from the manager of both Requested For and Requested By (Opened By) as follows;
