We have a catalog item in which the date variable is getting auto populated when we select a reference field. The date format populates as per the system property set as mm/dd/yyyy when we submit any catalog item from service portal or ESC but, when we try the same thing using native UI of service portal the date format is set as yyyy/mm/dd.
Can anyone help me with this
