How to set Delivery Time on catalog item

Hi guys,
I have created a catalog item and have set a workflow to it. I want to use the same workflow for multiple catalog items but want to have different delivery dates for each of them.
I understand that the delivery time is set from the workflow properties but is there any way I can override it, so that I don't have to create multiple workflows?

If you have been using single workflow, it is not technically feasible and below is how due dates are calculated.
1. If an item has a workflow, it picks up delivery time from the workflow.
2. If no workflow, then it picks up delivery time from execution plan.
3. If there is no workflow or execution plan, then it will pick up default execution plan

Running into the same issue.
Our cat item uses flow.
Got flow, set to 3 days delivery + cat item set to 2 days delivery, cat item delivery time is 3 days displayed to end user.
When update flow to 0 days + cat item set to 2 days delivery, cat item delivery time is 0 days displayed to end user.
What needs to be done to display delivery time to user that is defined as delivery time on catalog item directly if the flow delivery time is 0?
