how to set Dynamic OLA/SLA in service catalog

I have a requirement of dynamic OLA in service catalog. User will select a dropdown value from order form and based on the value we have to set the catalog task's SLA. Please help me on this.

Hi Vasantharajan,

 

We have already created common SLA and I want to set that in a single task, so how to set the Duration part in Catalog Task activity for dynamic value.

 

Only option you have is to use due date (dynamically set value based on your requirement) in sc_task table with below option selected in SLA/OLA.
