Hello,
We have a requirement where i need to set the View to all the users dynamically, example we have Service Desk module in place which has a view which contains Number, Task Type, Short Description, Assignment Group & Assigned to now i need add Requested For field dynamically to all the ITIL & Admin users can anyone please help me out how to achieve this ?
Since i am new i am not sure how to set it dynamically when i set by personalizing it is reflecting only to my user record

You can right-click on the list header, Configure > List Layout. Anyone who hasn't personalize their own list will see the changes.

This can be handled by Lists. Please navigate to System UI-->Lists and search for the table you want to set.
For example, if you want to reorder the list view select the table as 'incident' and modify the Position (order) field accordingly.
Try this and let me know how it goes.
