How to set No SLA for specific request(service catalog)

Hi,

 

Please advise to create business rule to set no SLA for specific service catalog request. it should not while creation on request item. so i want to set no sla for this request item. Thanks.

Hi @BanuMahalakshmi 

It is not recommended to have an SLA on a Request (REQ); it's always better to apply SLAs at the SC Task (SCTASK) level.

In your case, please check which SLA is getting attached to the Request. In the Start Condition of that SLA, ensure there's a condition like:Item != [Item Name]

This will help avoid incorrect SLA application on the Request.
