Propose major incident UI action Error

On a critical incident or priority 1 incident, when I click propose major incident ui action, The function works, but it shows an error message.  Can anyone help me solve this issue??  The error appears both on back end and service operations workspace.

Syntax Error or Access Rule Violation detected by database (ERROR: trailing junk after numeric literal at or near "345189d" Position: 😎
