Hello Everyone,
I have added new choice in the impact and priority. here my requirement is to make priority choice visible based on impact and urgency like below,
Impact is 'significant'(1 ) and urgency is 'high'(1 ) then priority should 'major'(100).
Please suggest me how to do it.

There is already OOTB Priority lookup rule which you can use for Problem table
check this
Data lookup for prioritizing problems
if that table is empty then import the data from fresh instance
Priority data lookup rules are not working on problem table.
