How to set "Detailed" View as default view for all user while opening Open module ?

Hi All,

Per requirement, I need to set "Detailed" view as a default view for all the users while opening change list using "Open" module.

I have set the View name on Link Type tab of Open Module (snap), but its not working and not getting open in "Detailed" view.

Are my changes are correct ? or is there any other way/setting is there ?

Have you thought about creating a "view rule" to ensure that it opens correct?

I tried using view rule but its also affecting the Form view.  Even the Portal change request view has been disturbed.

I want to set it only on the Change list once we click on "Open" module of change request.

What shall I do ?

Select Link Type: URL (From Arguments ) and give the below line in Arguments,

change_request_list.do?sysparm_view=detailed
