How to set the format for "schedule date/time" type while showing on message?

Hi All,
I am using "cmn_schedule_span" table and fetching/using "Start date time" and "End date time" field which is "Schedule Date/TIme" type(snap). When I am fetching the values, its showing in "20241104T080000" (actual date is "2024-11-04 08:00:00 AM") format on message.
How to set the date format for "Schedule Date/TIme" type field ?

I have no idea how you change the format for that field type, create a Support Case. I see someone asked about this back in 2019
