Missing App Engine Studio (AES) in PDI

Hello, I'm a developer in training and I'm unable to find the App Engine Studio (AES) in my PDI. I am attempting the exercise from the first training module "Build an Application in App Engine Studio" but AES appears to be missing. I confirmed my user role is "App Engine Studio Creator" according to the instructions and I've refreshed my PDI but AES appears unavailable. The following page loads when I click on "Start Building", and searching the navigator for App or App Engine is not showing desired results.

Any suggestions are appreciated, thank you.

Thanks for your reply Muhammad. I used the option to "Reset and Wipe Instance" and the App Engine Studio is now launching. Thanks again.

Hi,

You need sn_app_eng_studio.user role to see App Engine studio module in the application navigator.

Unfortunately, this did not work for me. After doing the "Reset and Wipe instance", I get the same lack of results.

It is quite discouraging when I can't get past step 1. I was doing the "Learn to build" training and my screen doesn't show what their screen shows.

This is their screen.

In the training window, when I try to change my role, it says I'm already an AES Creator, but when I click start building, my role is Administrator again and no way to change it.
