How to set Timezone to be related to the User location?

I have a requirement to set the time zone is set up based on the user's location. How can I achieve this and how can I test it...?

What is the trigger?

Hi Peter,

So the idea is that today all the users have the same timezone - CET, even those who live in US, We wanted to find a way to set the timezone based on his country. we want that in the user's profile you have a field "timezone".

How are the locations of the users stored? How many detail do you have?
