How to set up CASB (Cloud Access Security Broker) connection in ServiceNow.

My security team has come to me and they would like to setup a CASB connection. I am told the account they will use to connect to our SNOW instance will require Admin access. Can anyone tell me if they have set up this type of connection before and does the account truly require full admin access to our instance? Or is there a role I can assign them to accomplish the same thing? I appreciate your time.

We are currently running with Helsinki as our version and we do not currently utilize the "Security" module. Just ITSM.
