Hello Community,
We have to configure MidServers as failover.
We do not use Discovery.
It is integrating with third party application via MID Server. both Mid Servers records are available under MidServers and VALIDATED.
But how to set up so they act as failover
Thanks

Hello @Nisha30
Navigate to Cluster Module and create a new record. Associate the mid servers in the it and select Failover as the type from the available types of Failover and loadbalancer.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Najmuddin.

No if you've setup each MID server correctly. Failover settings are done from ServiceNow.
If an image of the MID server was just copied, config.xml needs to be set so sys_id are different.
Following ServiceNow support page has information on how to set when cloning MID server.
