How to set values in Agent workspace for Knowledge Management using ATF

Hello,

I am trying to set values using ATF in Agent Workspace for Knowledge Management Test. However, it is throwing an error "403: You do not have permissions to access this page." even after giving all the required roles to created test user. Please find attached screenshot.

Hi, @ManoharP can you try with the same user to do this test manually and see the issue occurs?

You must be missing some roles.

try manually with the same user.

Seems access issue.

Did you check with admin user?
