How to setup the live agent support in Customer Service Portal

Live agent is not working in customer service portal (CSM).

It is showing agents unavailable.

 

I have added the roles sn_customerservice_manager and sn_customerservice_agent to the Customer Service Support group and added two users to that group.

I have changed the agent workspace status to available but also unable to connect to live agent in CSM portal.

 

Is there any another way to connect to live agent in customer service portal.

Have you already configured the Queue?

Navigate to sys_cs_live_agent_setup.do

YOU WILL NEED TO MENTION THE CSM QUEUE:

For configuring the queue we are unable to change because for the latest version some columns are missing in sys_cs_live_agent_setup.do.

How can we connect to live agent for the latest version UTAH

I have same issue but i configured the char queue and global queue. Here i am getting routing to a live agent. I open the agent but i didnt get alert or pop up message.
