How to setup virtual chat in UI builder using Agent Chat component in UI Builder?

I am trying to add a virtual chat to a UI page via UI builder.  I was trying to use the "Agent Chat" component to do this.  When I add the component it ask for "interaction record" and "user".  Im not sure what an interaction record is and i am not sure what to put for user? 

 Please assist!!

Using Agent chat is a simple drag and drop component.

I tried what you have suggested above but its not working out:-

Step1:- Created a button named 'VirtualAgent'

Step 2 :- Created a modal 'iframe' and configure it by 'https://instace.service-now.com/sn_va_web_client_app_embed.do

Step 3:- Created an event on button

Please suggest where i am going wrong
