How to share a dashboard without sharing each report manually

Hi,

Im having a problem that Im trying to share a dashboard with specific user and after I shared with him he still cant see the data inside the dashboard and he sees this:  

Is there any way to share dashboard and it will automatically share the reports that are inside the dashboard as well?

Hi @Alon Grod ,

Unfortunately there is no direct relationship between dashboard n report tables due to which we cannot create a business rule stating after sharing dashboard provide access to its reports.

You need to seperately run a fix script in order to provide access to reports by giving their sys IDs manually. Also shown in the YouTube video shared by eswar.

No, there is no OOTB solution for your requirement. Basic, you need to share reports the global, groups, roles or persons where the persons that you share the report can then see / do the following based on their role:

The Dashboard then need to be shared afterwards with the same persons.
