How to show below content on above incident severity variable in Employee service center

I have created one record producer for create a new form in employee service center but i need to show below content on above incident severity variable

Could you please suggest how to add content on above incident severity variable in Employee service center

Move the rich text variable after Severity variable or did you add this as Help text on Severity then no way we can bring down.
