how to show catalog item variables only on SCTask /catlog task

I tried creating UI policy.
I tried add variable in Catalog item workflow.

Hi,
You'd create a catalog UI Policy that is effective on the catalog item and request item (so check both of those checkboxes on the UI Policy settings) and then in the related list UI Policy Actions, choose the variables and set visible = false.
No condition needed on the UI Policy.
Ensure you've also selected those variables on the catalog task activity/action so that they're assigned and will show.

Hello Allen
Thanks for replying back. I tried created UI policy as you mentioned , but still no luck.
In my form there is variable set and under that there are few client scripts and UI policy . Do you think that will conflict with that.
