How to show most and least recent used top 10 catalog item in serviceportal.

 

Could you help me in this case.

Hi Rajveer,

You can have a look at the OOTB widget Recent & Popular Items. You can clone it and add your custom conditions. For latest, you need not do anything. For least recent you just need to add your custom query.
