How to show Related list on Create New Form

Hi Everyone,
I want to show "Incident By Same Caller" Related List on Incident "Create New" Form, before creating the incident record, on change of Caller field. Is it possible? if yes Please let me know the solution....

Tom i have this, but with fuji upgrade it stopped working correctly, It does not just show the caller, it shows every incident in that list not just the caller, any Ideas?

my upgrade instance is on fuji patch 3 and the decoration by the incident caller is working perfectly... i would check the macro (user_show_incidents) and see if you have perhaps changed it.

I am on Fuji patch 2 on all of mine and i have 3 Macros called user_show_incidents and none have changed this year????? It is not even working in the demo instance when i add the attributes.
