We have two different options to difference between task related toggle message and chat queue entries in the Toggle connect bar on home page header. Currently, instance is showing the messages count (as per the screen shot:1) for tables like Change, incident, problem etc.. but it's not showing any message count for new chat queue entries (screen shot 2)
is there a way we can show the message count for new chat queue entries as well ?
1). we can see the message count for tasks
2). we have two different sections/tabs under the toggle bar one for tasks message other one is for chat queue entries
