how to display the ritms which are waiting for approval along with the changes shown in below image in front end for cusomer

• Open the specific Service Portal page you want to inspect inside your browser.
• Hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and Right-Click on any widget element.

Update Widget/ page Html section, client controller, server script as per your requirement.

For this update, on the left-side navigator, go to Employee Center > Activity Configuration (TableName : sn_ex_sp_activity_configuration)and use the available configuration options there.

Hi @1__PrabakaranC ,, here the user wish to see the ritms which are awaiting for his approval when he click on the my requests with approve and reject buttons like he see the changes in the second image i pasted here

please let me know is it possible or not, if possible how to configure it

I hope you are expecting the Approve and Reject buttons within the My Activity widget itself, along with the My Request details. To achieve this, we would need to create a custom widget, modify its design, and implement the required approval functionality. This is the approach we followed to achieve a similar requirement.
