how to display the ritms which are waiting for approval along with the changes shown in below image in front end for cusomer

  • Open the specific Service Portal page you want to inspect inside your browser.
  • Hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and Right-Click on any widget element.

Update Widget/ page Html section, client controller, server script as per your requirement.

For this update, on the left-side navigator, go to
Employee Center > Activity Configuration (TableName : sn_ex_sp_activity_configuration)and use the available configuration options there.

Navigate to Employee Center > Administration > To-dos Configuration :

In that create one record for Requested Item (sc_req_item) :

As per your conditions to show the total tasks in fronted :
