How to sort topics under Virtual Agent "Show me everything".

Hi,
I was working on the Virtual agent and got a requirement to sort the section as shown below.
Can anyone give me an insight on this? Couldn't find any article or not sure if its possible.

We actually have the requirement to not sort alphabetically, but by importance. As far as I can see that feature is not available. I have created an idea for this:
