Hi All,
If we are using multiple discovery sources, how do we standardize the CMDB name?
Currently duplicate records are created in the CMDB, how can we stop the duplicate CI creation from different discovery sources
Thanks

Use IRE for the duplication issue. And the name is up to you: what are you allowing to update? Which source contains the correct name? What is your unique identifier from which sources?
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

Hi @Shantharao
you need to setup IRE rules to stop duplicate creation.

Please use/create IRE rules to avoid duplicate records creation.
